Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your MarketPulse account and all associated personal data at any time. Choose the method that works best for you.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your email address and account credentials
  • All configured alerts and their settings
  • Notification history
  • Your device push-notification token (FCM)
  • Subscription entitlement link

All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days of your deletion request.

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription through Google Play before deleting your account to avoid being charged.
Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MarketPulse → Cancel subscription

1 Delete from within the app (recommended)

    Open the MarketPulse app

    Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

    Go to Settings

    Tap the gear icon in the bottom navigation bar.

    Tap Account

    Tap Delete Account

    This option is at the bottom of the Account screen.

    Confirm deletion

    Read the confirmation dialog and tap Delete to proceed. This action is irreversible.

2 Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to our support team from your registered email address — this is how we verify your identity. We will process your request within 7 business days.

From: your-registered@email.com (must match your account)

To: alert.marketpulse@gmail.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Body: Please delete my account.

We verify your identity using the address the email is sent from. Requests sent from an unregistered address will not be processed.

Confirmation

Once your account and all associated data have been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered address. If you have any questions about the deletion process, contact us at alert.marketpulse@gmail.com.
